Welcome to Riverview Retreat in central Ocean Grove. This spacious double-story home sleeps eight guests and is perfect for your family, pets and children. Relax and enjoy two living areas, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an extra kitchenette. A family friendly range of amenities include a pool table, ping-pong table, bar, barbecue and pool. Relax on the spacious balcony with stunning views and outdoor dining. Conveniently located near shops and attractions, it`s the perfect getaway!
PARKING: Free parking on the street and 2x spaces in the undercover carport. There is also space for 2 additional vehicles in the driveway. Please note that parking on the street is prohibited on Monday for garbage collection as the property is located in a court.
ENTRY: Entry is gained via lockbox on site, code will be provided to guests 48 hours before check in.
WIFI: Complimentary wi-fi is available at the property, login information will be provided in your check in instructions and welcome book.
KITCHEN (Upstairs): Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, basic condiments provided (Spices, oil, salt, pepper, sauces) Tea, sugar, coffee satchels and pods provided. Nespresso coffee pod machine.
DINING (Upstairs): A dining table is located off the kitchen in the main living area, seating 6 guests. An additional 3 dining spots are located at the kitchen bench and more in the outdoor dining area.
LOUNGE (Upstairs): A large lounge suite will comfortably seat multiple guests with smart TV and wood fireplace, with wood provided. Various apps available, guests will need to log into their own accounts, the property provides accounts for Netflix, Stan and Prime.
OUTDOOR BALCONY (Upstairs): A wrap around balcony off the main living area overlooks a stunning view of Ocean Grove and the bridge to Barwon Heads, enjoy this space with outdoor seating and dining.
LIVING AREA (Downstairs): The downstairs sports a spacious second living area with couches, wall mounted smart TV and wood fireplace. The whole family can enjoy the pool table, arcade machine, bar and downstairs kitchenette with coffee set up.
YARD/ POOL: Branching off from the downstairs lounge, this back yard will complete your outdoor experience with ping pong table, sun loungers and BBQ. An enclosed for kids and pets, with a spacious grass lawn and stunning views. Best of all: the enclosed pool, accessible to guests. Please note that the pool is not solar heated but can be heated via heat pump at an extra charge. The charge is $100 per day, we require payment and notice to be within 48 hours so we can arrange to have your heating going before you arrive, we also recommend keeping the pool cover on for optimal heat retention. Pool heating is not available from May 1st to November 1st.
PETS: We allow pets at this property! We ask that guests bring their own pet beds, toys and food. Any waste in the backyard must be picked up before checking out and strictly no pets on any couches or in beds. Pets must not be allowed upstairs, only downstairs or in the outdoors. Limit of 2 pets.

Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for Schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make a reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided. CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges may apply. Contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ACCEPT PETS UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. HostyCo will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforeseen unavoidable circumstances. PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may occur. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if we deem them to be in breach of the house rules. THIS PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES. There should be no disturbance to neighbours at any time during your stay. LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen may incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee . YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm. Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $70 (or $100 after hours) call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required. Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the property. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. HostyCo is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.
