Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, one, two and three bedroom units with full kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The perfect fall break!

This is our second time staying in 6104 at the Luau. This time was for 10 days! We just had the best vacation. We absolutely love this condo and property. The bathroom is big! The bed is super comfy. I encourage everyone to book this condo. The back porch area is perfect and one of our favorite features. The walk to the beach isn’t bad at all. We enjoy the beach house restaurant for to go meals. Make sure you visit the Marina Bar & Grill on the bayside of Sandestin for great food! We can’t wait to go back and book this condo again..

Problems with the Air Conditioning...had to call maintenance twice during our stay to fix it. Was told would have to wait until next morning (temp inside was 80 degrees) to have it fixed...complained and someone came out that night. Building is older and in a bit of disrepair (stairs out of building are crumbling).

Nice location but not for 4, as stated in other reviews

The location is nice, a short walk to the beach. The condo is nice and clean, super useful to have the washer/dryer right in the condo. The pull out sofa mattress is terrible. It is so thin, you can feel every spring. My 2 young kids were so uncomfortable on it, they ended up on our bed every night. The owners aren't very responsive on the vrbo app either. It took them days to get back to me about extra blankets (and they don't have any in the condo "due to covid")

Great place! But not for 4 people…don’t use sofa bed!!

We honestly were so happy when we walked into this place! Until it was time for bed. It’s advertised to sleep 4 but NOBODY should sleep on that pull out mattress! It is literally only springs. We contacted them about the possibility of getting an air mattress or something else and we NEVER heard back. So we went to Target at 9pm to buy an air mattress for my two teenage daughters. Something we shouldn’t be doing after paying 1000k to stay there. We loved the location and it seemed to have everything else we needed. But that was really a bummer. We would stay there again if it’s just the two of us!

Great location

Great location, walked to beach every morning. Glad we were on the first floor as it seemed people waited a while for elevators. Unit had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Property could use some updating (pool furniture).. but overall worth it! Would stay again.

Nice enough

The stay was fine and had most everything we needed. Close to the pool and short walk to the beach. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable and wish we had known to bring our fire stick - the TVs are not smart TVs and had no streaming device

convenience, relaxation and ease

This condo is very conveniently located to the pool and beach. We have a toddler so we were very happy to be on the 1st floor. The condo had just about everything we needed. I would recommend it to anyone tho!
