The Space:

Designed for groups, the layout offers open gathering spaces, private sleeping areas, and multiple places to relax.



The main level centers around a double-height living room with comfortable seating for the whole group, a wood burning fireplace, and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an island with seating for four, along with a dining area that seats 6 to 8 with a mix of benches and chairs.



The primary suite is also on the main level, featuring a king bed, additional seating, and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and walk-in closet. A half bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer are also located on this level.



Upstairs, the loft provides a second living space with books, games, a flatscreen TV, and comfortable seating. There are three additional bedrooms on this level. One bedroom includes a queen bed, closet, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Another bedroom offers a queen bed and closet. The bunk room is set up for flexibility with one full bed and two twin beds, along with a closet.



A full bathroom with a shower and tub combination is located upstairs.



Outside, a large deck extends the living space with a grill, outdoor seating, and umbrellas, creating an easy place to gather and enjoy time together.
