Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación y precisión del anuncio
The apartment was really nice and the internet was reliable. It was missing a lot of amenities and items that would have made our stay much better. There was not enough shelving space in the bathrooms. There was no trash bags and only one small trash can. There was no can opener or butter knives, no dish cloths or dish brushes and only enough silverware for 4 people (we had asked for 6 occupant capacity). The dishes did not match. There should have been a TV in the master bedroom. The master bedroom had the wrong fitted sheet that was overstretched and ripped. There were not enough blankets. There were small kitchen appliances had different power plugs. I don’t remember seeing a clothes iron or ironing pad. The bathroom room doors would sometimes lock themselves (the door locks needed maintenance). I also suggest putting a couch in the livingroom. The convertible bed in the living room was not comfortable.
In conclusion, I would rent again, however the above issues really need to be addressed to improve the stay.
