I've transformed these studios into a haven for hospitality, where art and design coexist in a vibrant space that celebrates beauty. Elissa, our experienced co-host, will be your first point of contact throughout your stay. She's a wealth of knowledge and will be happy to help answer any questions you may have, provide local recommendations, or assist with booking arrangements. So kick back, relax, and soak up the artistic ambiance.

RENTAL RULES

1. Have a Blast: Let loose, have fun, and make unforgettable memories during your stay. This is your artistic haven, so embrace the vibrant energy and let your creative spirit shine!
2. Leave the Chores Behind: Forget about cleaning dishes or stripping the bed before you depart. We'll take care of those tasks for you, so you can focus on making the most of your time here.
3. Tech Made Simple: For instructions on operating devices, lights, and other gadgets, check out the website via the QR code. It's your trusty guide to becoming a tech wizard in our artsy abode.
4. Smoking Area: We kindly request that all smoking takes place outside. Feel free to indulge in your artistic musings while enjoying a smoke in the fresh air.
5. Quiet Hours: From 11 pm to 8 am, let tranquility reign supreme. We want everyone to have a restful night's sleep, so please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours.
6. Furry Friends Stay Home: As much as we adore pets, we're unable to accommodate them at L'atelier Bleu. Please make arrangements for your four-legged pals to enjoy their own staycation elsewhere.
7. Parking Etiquette: Kindly refrain from parking in the driveway. Street parking is available and convenient for our guests.
