Don't book here.

Don't book this place. I had no communication from the hosts at all. Two days prior to my stay I messaged through the app wanting to know check in details. No reply. Morning of my stay I text messaged, called numerous times and emailed. Again, no reply. Turned up to the house to see if I could check in but no luck. There was a car in the driveway maybe they were pretending not to be home. Very very disappointing.

Terrible accommodation

Never received the key information from the host and we were not able to contact them via phone as they had turned their phone off, looked like they had someone else staying in the place! Then had to sort last minute accommodation elsewhere. Still waiting on my refund. 1000% would not recommend booking, total scam, this host should not be allowed on book a bach

Unhappy customers

This property should be taken off stayz as the property is rented to permanment tenant we were not imformed that we could not stay there and had to pay to stay at a hotel we didtry to contact host numerous times and only got there message bank which we left messages on and we wish to get a refund of the total amout we paid for the property Unhappy customers

Property was removed from book a batch and i wasnt informed. Arrived at property to be told that i had to find other accommodation. Absolutely do not recommend these peiple for the advertisement

Disappointing

Showed up to the property and the keys were not there. Called the property manager and she ignored my phone calls. Used another phone and she responded straight away sounding confused. Waited an hour and another group showed up and walked straight into the property. Still haven’t heard from the owner and am waiting to hear back about a refund. Very disappointing. Was tough finding last minute accommodation. Do not recommend. This isn’t the first time this has happened upon looking at the other review

Terrible service from both parties

The host canceled at the last minute, Terrible service from both parties and still waiting for a refund to be transferred. Very stressful trying to find another place to stay when already in Hamilton, won't be using your services again.
