Causeway on Gull townhome

Owners provided so many amenities that we weren't expecting! Everything from shampoo, soap, paper products & laundry supplies to firewood & outdoor chairs. They also left a nice note & bottle of wine for us!

Few nights with our family and friends family.

The property was great. Everything was as good or better than we expected! The place was one of if not the best stocked rental we have ever been in. They had everything you could think of and all the items you forgot. It was clean, comfortable, very spacious, and perfect for 2 couples with 4 total kids! The owner was comminicative leading up to our stay, answered our questions, and made sure we knew we could contact them. They did not bother us during out stay, which was appreciated! We definitely recommend a stay here if you get the chance! It was relaxing, fun, plenty to do - we didn't even get to enjoy all lf the amenities of the resort since we were there just a couple days, hut the kids LOVED the pool time!

What a great MEA weekend!

We had a wonderful stay! The family was communicative and helpful along the way! Our kids all had a great time in the pool. We were able to fit three families in the space and didn’t feel like we were all on top of each other. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

Too short of time to enjoy the amenities.

We came for a family wedding with Friday night by the lake at Grand view (5 minutes away), and the reception at Round House Brewery (15 minutes away)! Location was great for various gatherings and a great time with family and friends. We enjoyed kayaking and the complementary wine and chocolate. Very night having 5 bathrooms. The place is very clean with anything you might need.

Such a wonderful time!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The kitchen was spacious, beds were comfortable and hosts were responsive. We appreciated the amenities onsite (swimming, golf carts, pickleball etc.). We stayed for a family reunion and it was so great to be able to stay a few units down from another part of our family. Would definitely recommend!

Great VRBO Experience

House was better than advertised! Spacious, beautifully furnished, great artwork, excellent access to all activities our family of 11 enjoys doing—-boating, fishing, swimming, tennis, ping pong, pickleball and arts/craft projects. It is a gamester’s and puzzler’s paradise! Only problem was noisy neighbors till much too late. Would definitely stay again!

Family Spring Break

Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area. The indoor pool and hot tub was great to have for the kids. We also enjoyed having campfires. They had a great game selection for all ages. Jereme was great to work with as well and was very timely in questions that we had. It was super close to the Brainerd/Baxter area so we were able to go and check out things in town as well. There was a few things for the cleanliness that would make note of for the cleaning/property management team. When we arrived thankfully my nosey 9 year old looked in every door and found a note on the dryer that said they didn't have time to fold the towels and linens, which is totally understandable since we asked for a early check in, however, they didn't say they had another load of laundry in the wash that needed to still go in the dryer. They stunk so bad we had to rewash them before we could wash/dry our towels and suits from the pool. A lot of the towels that had been put away in the kitchen also stunk so this was obviously not the first time this had happened. Again nothing that would hold me back from renting again and we truly did have a wonderful time. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful property!

This is one of the most well appointed VRBO properties I have booked. The host was very informative, quick to answer questions, ample parking and tastefully decorated. There were NO shortage of supplies & very clean!

Wonderful family getaway

Jereme and Sara have thought of every last detail. They have made check-in and out simple and seamless. Their property is impeccable and fully stocked for any of your needs. The layout is wonderful for families with bedrooms on the upper and lower floors plus an abundance of bathrooms with showers and tubs. Location is wonderful for fishing, swimming, shopping and golfing. A great stay and would highly recommend this property.

Family get-away

Our family…8 adults and 3 children, spent 4 days in this beautiful townhome on Gull Lake. The place was very well furnished and appointed with everything we needed for a fun and memorable getaway. We enjoyed the amenities of the resort that the property is located in, to include the indoor pool and hot tub, and the boat slip that was available. The boat rental company we used was just a short distance away, so getting the boat to and from was very easy. We loved the fire pit, and enjoyed nice quiet evenings around the campfire. We cooked all of our meals there, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was as advertised, and our family greatly enjoyed our time together there. Kudos to the owners for stocking and furnishing such a great place!

Golf Vacay

We have been on many VRBO vacations & I believe this is one of the best experiences we have had. The owners have equipped this home with everything you could want. They have thought of everything. The home is located so close to so many golf courses. We had such a blast & look forward to future bookings.

Excellent Stay

All the little details...from the art work to the bottle of wine and bar of chocolate. Clean! I cannot stress this enough. I didn't feel the need to clean anything before I used it. Jereme contacted us a couple of times to make sure everything was to our expectations. A little difficult to find as the numbering isn't listed yet but well worth the extra 5 minutes driving around and looking for it. Will definitely stay here again.
