    The Space:

    This comfortable and well-equipped flat is designed to accommodate both short and longer stays, offering plenty of space to relax, work, and unwind.

    The property features two double beds, providing a restful night’s sleep for multiple guests, along with an additional sofa bed in the living room for extra flexibility. Whether you're travelling as a group, family, or for work, the layout is ideal for sharing without compromising comfort.



    The living area is bright and welcoming, complete with a 50" Smart TV—perfect for relaxing in the evenings or catching up on your favourite shows. A dining table is also included, giving you a dedicated space to enjoy meals or work remotely.



    The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, whether it’s a quick breakfast or a full dinner. The bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower, offering both convenience and comfort.



    Fresh towels and hotel-quality linens are provided for every guest, ensuring a clean and comfortable experience from the moment you arrive.

    - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



    - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.



    At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
