Pros: Se siente uno como en casa
Contras: Poner tv,s más modernas.
Lugar: Esta muy cerca del área de ski.
Muy confortable el hotel y muy cerca de el pueblo de Winter Park, caminando se hacen 10 minutos.

This property was better than my expectations. If we ever stay in Winter park again, we will stay here.

To begin with, I wasn't given the correct address for the unit. When we arrived we waisted time going up and down stairs trying to find the unit. I then had to call to be informed that we were staying in a different unit, not the address they gave me. We finally find our unit and walk into a very outdated, disgusting carpets, and not completely cleaned bathrooms. It was also very difficult to tell if the extra blankets were clean that were just thrown at the top of the closets. I can't believe I paid over $400 per night to stay in that unit! Would never recommend

We are sorry to hear this was your experience. Beaver Village Condos is a multiple building complex clustered in courts with signs directing to building locations. We offer a physical location at the clubhouse where a map is provided with building number and unit. Our guest app provides the address to unit for those that pre-register and wish to go directly to the unit. We offer a range of unit sizes and quality. All units are updated and decorated by the individual homeowner. The 4 bedroom reserved does have a higher rate than other units and there are not many of these available. $400 per night was your total with taxes and fees.

Disappointing
Publicado el 15 feb. 2021 en HotelsPlace was very dated and looks like the owner has put nothing into the property ever. Stains in carpet. No housekeeping service. Front desk help extremely limited. No crème & sugar for coffee. Run down and over priced at $200+ a night.

Property average , condo a bit out dated and bathrooms need better cleaning, we would not even use tub! Drain was full of hair!

The experience was nice to get away from the city but some of the appliances did not work which was a bummer and it was not the cleanest the bathroom was dirty luckily I brought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned it my self.
