Requested a handicap room, did not receive one. They moved the four of us to a handicapped room w one king bed, then moved back to original room, where we sat in the hallway for two hours because the air wasn’t working to then being moved a third time to our final room that was still not handicap accessible. Giving our disabled sister a shower was extremely difficult and uncomfortable for all of us. Only thing that saved this stay which was to celebrate our disabled sisters 50th birthday was being w each other! We will not be staying with Hyatt again in the future
