La ubicación me pareció excelente para llegar en carro o tren, evitando así el Trasporte de equipaje por góndolas o a pie. La habitación que nos tocó era una suite y era fantástica, recién remodelada, limpia y muy espaciosa, hasta con vista a uno de los canales. A pesar de estar al lado del terminal no nos pareció ruidosa, ventanas bien aisladas. El hotel está a media hora caminando de San Marcos pero eso no nos molesto. La internet no es buena, fluctúa mucho y es lenta. El desayuno no estaba acorde con un desayuno italiano y de un restaurante 4 estrellas, deben mejorarlo. El hotel no cuenta con restaurante en el sitio, lo cual es un poco raro pero hay tantos sitios a donde comer que en verdad no hace falta si el clima está bueno.

Lugar perfecto para una noche
Publicado el 26 oct. 2021 en HotelsEs un buen sitio para alojarte si quieres evitar el trasiego de maletas en el interior de Venecia. Para esto es perfecto, porque andando o en vaporetto te puedes mover genial. El parking propio que anuncian un lujo, pero carísimo. El hotel tampoco es barato.
La habitación bastante correcta sin grandes estridencias. El desayuno normal. En definitiva, creobque repetiría si fuera a Venecia.

Dear luis, we' re glad you enjoyed your stay in Venice, and many thanks for your great review, to be honest the breakfast could be better however, due to covid restriction we are not allowed to use our buffet, so sorry about.
at the moment our rates are 20% less than 2 years ago and are in line with the majority of the 4 stars hotel in Venice, the parking is about 20 euro more expensive than the public one, however it is an unique service, that no one else in Venice can offer.
If you like to come back in Venezia we' ll be glad to offer special conditions

Location for the bus station was perfect. There was no view from the bedroom as 3/4 of each window was bricked up by a pre existing wall. We only wanted to stay one night but had no option to buy only one night so had to pay for two. There was no provision for breakfast before 07{15 and our bus left at 07:00. There was a very nice coffee machine in the room but no way to boil water for tea so no tea available or milk. I reported a problem with the air conditioning and the girl on the desk said she would make a note and wrote it down. That is all she did and no one came about it so room was very warm. Room was good and nice shower room

We arrived from the Venice Airport by bus and found it very easy and convenient to locate the hotel. However, it is a very busy area because it is the only area accessible by car. It is also very close to the train station e.g. 5 minutes distance walk. You can easily get back to the hotel from anywhere in Venice by following the direction to the train which makes it less stressful to navigate Venice. The room was comfortable for three people but did not have blinds to account for daylights, it had see through linen. We may have missed something?? You can also buy coffee and croissant close by at a reasonable price.
