Publicado el 28 mar. 2016 en HotelsMuy bonito hotel y el personal es sumamente amable!! Muy buen servicio y comodidad, estaba un poco lejos si se quería ir caminando a las estaciones de esquí, pero se podía tomar autobús a aprox. 200 mts. Muy recomendado!!

Comparable to any 5 star resort on this planet in terms of service and cleanliness. The staff was AMAZING. First free drinks, then a tour of the facility. This hotel should teach a master class on service and staff loyalty. Every employee is friendly and eager to serve. I can't recommend Hotel Matthiol enough. I wish they had locations in every city because I'd book them exclusively from here on.

Wonderful hotel. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The property was very cozy and modern. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The walk to skiing was not too far. In the snowier months you can ski directly to the property for your last run. There was not enough snow for this run but we still enjoyed our stay and would stay again for a ski trip.

Absolutely beautiful hotel!! The property is stunning, the staff are all insanely friendly and helpful, the food is amazing, and there are lots of amenities! Would definitely come back again!
