Slamming of doors, missing shower shelves, burnt out light bulbs, heat lamp in bathroom would not stay on, face cloth and towels were like rough grit sandpaper, potholes in parking lot, continental breakfast is a joke, nighttime clerk stated that she needed a deposit for a online booking and that it would be returned immediately upon check out, then daytime clerk stated that it would be 3-5 days, nighttime clerk said no deposit would be needed if I had just walked in? So penalize me for booking online but to just take a chance and walk in and no deposit is necessary?! per single night is gouging when other "better" places I've stayed are per night single. I feel totally ripped off and I want a refund!!!

Thank you for staying with us. Sorry for your inconvenience stay with us. We have 24 hrs frontdesk if you inform than regarding your problem they can help you. Regarding deposit it’s hotel policy for incidentals. Heat lamps on timers as well.sorry sir we can not give you a refund for parking lot and back side door which is so far away from rooms. Thank you.
