Slamming of doors, missing shower shelves, burnt out light bulbs, heat lamp in bathroom would not stay on, face cloth and towels were like rough grit sandpaper, potholes in parking lot, continental breakfast is a joke, nighttime clerk stated that she needed a deposit for a online booking and that it would be returned immediately upon check out, then daytime clerk stated that it would be 3-5 days, nighttime clerk said no deposit would be needed if I had just walked in? So penalize me for booking online but to just take a chance and walk in and no deposit is necessary?! per single night is gouging when other "better" places I've stayed are per night single. I feel totally ripped off and I want a refund!!!

Thank you for staying with us. Sorry for your inconvenience stay with us. We have 24 hrs frontdesk if you inform than regarding your problem they can help you. Regarding deposit it’s hotel policy for incidentals. Heat lamps on timers as well.sorry sir we can not give you a refund for parking lot and back side door which is so far away from rooms. Thank you.

If you want a solid basic stay w/out spending $$$

I was drawn in by a very reasonable price for a weekend stay but I worried that it would be a stone cold dump. When we arrived we were pretty sure we were getting a dump. The parking lot/exterior/lobby is a bit rough. The room however, was pretty good. Comfortable and spacious. Had all the items that you wanted. We didnt use the pool but the indoor pool area looked nice when we passed it. All we wanted was a comfortable nights sleep and we got it. If youre looking for more amenities then this isnt the spot

Good place to crash, no hot tub

The hot tub was too cold to use.
Lighting in the room didn’t always work.
Shower curtain was so short that water went all over the floor when showering
Breakfast was mostly cold cereal and packaged pastry. Orange juice had a bad taste.
Very over priced.

No toilet paper holder, toilet seat would not stay up, no shelves in the shower for soap, phone was dirty and old, smoke detector was old and yellowed, not sure if it worked, mattress was uncomfortable and noisy, dirty continental breakfast bar with coffee maker broken, lack of employees. Not what I expected from a Choice Hotel.

We have no complaints about the staff; they were always friendly and helpful. The building and our room need upgrading. The carpet on the stairs and in the hallways is a very ugly pattern, is dirty and has a smell. The room we were in lacked features normally found in motels. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. It has really a garish, unpleasing pattern on the shower walls, and the apparent leaks on the shower floor were poorly patched. The lighting over the mirror was insufficient to do makeup or groom hair. The bed sheets are cheap and thin, and the elastic corners wouldn’t stay tucked in. There were white spots on the bedspread; who knows what that is. The complementary breakfast was lacking. All there was to eat was dry cereal, and pre-packaged sweet rolls, coffee and tea, no waffles, no fruit, no way to make toast. We had to eat breakfast out at a restaurant.
