Me gustó la ubicación, la infraestructura, limpieza y todos los servicios que ofrecen incluyendo un desayuno muy completo. Lo que no me gustó mucho. Fue la atención del personal asignado al Front Desk. Generalmente no resolvieron mis dudas.
Por lo demás todo excelente.

Please take better care of the rooms, the sink was very dirty.
Think about changing the pillows. The bed is ok.
Other than this was a good stay.

Spacious room, great breakfast

We had potato chips inside fold away bed and we had to call to get this cleaned. First floor room is very noisy. Front desk lady - Daisia is very rude and didn’t let us use a conference room when none were actually used or occupied. Lots of noise from Gaines Street very late into the night with loud music coming from next door bar and cars passing. Busy street.

I only chose this properrty because it was advertisedd as having an airport shuttle- i arrived to find out they do not have a shuttle for the first flights out of the Tallahassee Airport.
