The Wegg family's "renovated non-smoking holiday flat without pets in the centre of Westerland" is located directly in the town centre, in the pedestrian zone "Strandstraße". The building at Strandstraße 4 is located next to the well-known 5-star luxury hotel "Stadt Hamburg" and is adjacent to the flat house "Strandburg". The flat is located on the 4th floor, facing the rear and in a quiet location. There are numerous restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity, as well as a bus stop and taxi rank. The beach and the train station are only a few hundred metres away.There is a bicycle storage facility in the underground car park. There is a passenger lift in the house. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the basement (coin-operated).The flat consists of a living room, bedroom with fitted kitchen, a hallway and a shower room. The flat, including the bathroom, was completely renovated at the beginning of 2021 and the furniture has been regularly maintained and replaced since then. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave and a coffee machine. The living room and bedroom are comfortably furnished with a double wardrobe bed (each 0.9 m * 2.00 m) with wardrobe, 1 built-in wardrobe, a TV cabinet, a flat screen TV, a radio, a 2-seater couch with a coffee table and a dining table with 2 chairs. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. You can check the booking calendar to see whether these criteria apply to your desired dates and which periods are subsequent lettings or booking gaps. Note on the quiet location:The flat, which is very quiet for a city centre flat, is "hidden" on the side of the house facing away from the pedestrian zone towards the entrance to the underground car park in the inner courtyard. The window overlooks a wall belonging to another building, the entrance to the underground car park, the rear of the Hotel Stadt Hamburg and other buildings further away. The flat window cannot be seen from the outside, or only to a limited extent, which guarantees "maximum privacy". Note for holidays in the winter months:In the winter months outside the Christmas holidays there is usually a lot of construction activity in Westerland. Flats and houses are being prepared and renovated for the next spring and summer season. It cannot be ruled out that there may be construction activities in the flat house or in the neighbouring houses and thus possibly also noise disturbances. If you are interested in a specific period, you are welcome to enquire whether construction work is known and whether the period could be affected.
