Clean and modern. Staff is professional and friendly. Great location right within Sydney. Walking distance to Harbor Bridge and Opera House. Would stay again!!

Easy to get to from Sydney Wynyard station. Comfortable room and friendly helpful staff. Walking distance to main Sydney attractions.

No wifi in lobby which is very inconvenient. Not enough USB to charge cell phones and computer. Staff at concierge was excellent in helping for directions and luggage storage.

I had an enjoyable weekend in a great location. The hotel and staff were very good. I found some of the fittings in the room a little dated. I think the TV remote needed new batteries. I found the bed a bit hard for my liking, but I realise this is very much down to opinion. The swimming pool was lovely and the spa was great, although the whole area was showing signs of needing an update. All in all, a good stay.

Excellent and accommodating staff. Nice pool and sauna. Spacious room. Breakfast was good but not outstanding and dinner was very disappointing. It could have been good but the order was delivered wrongly, we had to wait a long time for the meal to arrive and and the bill was mistakenly overcharged. The mistake was corrected and the steak supplement cancelled but the damage was alreeady done.

Yes there are lots of issues I faced while I stayed in the hotel recently. Rooms not serviced till 3pm upon asking them to service and displaying the service my room tag means nothing. Concierge has issues understanding or communicating and have to refer me to one person or another. Bathroom vents were clogged. Quilt has lipstick marks all over so either problem with washing or something else. Breakfast menu had bacon which was uncooked and cold. 3 days in a row was chew and cold. There are lots of other things and you ask to speak to a manager they always say no one is available at present. I paid for over $1300 but to be honest I should I stayed with Radisson as I always do where I would have paid $1040 but I stayed with Amora thinking they might have better service but did not meet my expectations.

Highly recommend, wonderful large room, very quiet. Fantastic bath and water pressure. Easy walking distance to every thing.
