Check out time needs to be confirmed
Publicado el 4 ene. 2024 en HotelsThe hotel is tidy and clean but the confusing part is that the brochure in the hotel says that the check out time is 12 noon while the reception rang us saying that the check out time is 10am. This causes inconvenience to guests

Extended stay
Publicado el 27 oct. 2023 en HotelsLords is a nice place to stay as its location is convenient. We stayed for 2 weeks. They have an average breakfast, but they try to give you good service. Even called to ask if I was comfortable during my stay. They can improve their bathrooms and condition of their rooms for sure, but they try to accommodate.They also need to work on cleanliness.The food at the main restaurant is amazing, a must try!

Very disappointed with the state of the rooms and the bathrooms. It is run down and terribly maintained. The rooms felt dirty and tye bathrooms disgusting. They really need to refurbish and maintain the property
