Conveniently located to “downtown” shops/restaurants/bars. Shuttle bus stop outside for going to ski resort. Friendly staff. Older motel but well maintained (had just installed new cardkey door locks). Pet-friendly, as some guests had dogs with them. New building construction next door was only mildly disruptive and should be finished soon.

Located conveniently close to restaurants and the Yampa River. Nice hot pool.

They rented us a room while starting construction next door at 8 am. Worst experience ever!

Construction noise awoke us early in the morning
Barking dog in adjacent room was distracting
Shower curtain had mold
TV in bedroom did not work
Other than these issues, front desk person was nice and location had good access to restaurants and shops

Great location walking distance to all of downtown and bus beyond!! Bed was comfortable and place was clean. Would stay again

Our room was cleaned out while we were out skiing. Our food in the tiny refrigerator was removed. Front desk denied that anyone had been in the room.
Note that the room may look large in the pictures, but it is not. That said, the dressers were plenty large and beds very comfortable.
