Customer service was great- Grey (or Greg?) was so friendly.
The room was spacious, but there was a note on the door indicating that the carpet was damp - I presume from cleaning. But it was more than damp- it was just plain wet. There was no soap in the room (I had to go back down to the front desk and retrieve some). The bedding had numerous holes in it and was clearly worn. There were other significant signs of wear and tear in the room, including a very leaky bath faucet when you showered.
I had a comfortable enough stay for one night but I don’t think I would stay here again.
