El hotel estaba en remodelación, había mucho ruido durante el día y obra. La cocina con horario restringido

Hit and miss
Publicado el 5 ene. 2020 en HotelsThe Hilton Sofia was good in general, good value for money (except for the breakfast but more on that later!), most of the staff were friendly and the room was of a good size, however the hotel needs a renovation, the bedrooms are old fashioned and the health club is not nice at all!. The breakfast was dissapointing and over priced for the quality of the food, reheated hot food, The fresh fruit wasnt really fresh, I did complain about this and the manager acknowledge it and said that my comments would be taken into consideration, the manager gave us a discount too,
I recommend using the taxime app for iphone to move around the city!

It is great to hear you enjoyed your time with us but I realize we could have done better. I was really surprised to hear that your breakfast was not up to par as this is one of the aspects that guests enjoy the most during their stay. Rest assured this was an isolated case and we have taken your feedback into consideration. As for our interior - great news! Hilton Sofia is in for extensive renovation to bring in a fresh new look which I am sure you will appreciate.
