Scenic Mountain Views from Private Deck and Hot Tub, Gas Burning Fireplace!

This welcoming single-family home is the perfect place for your next getaway. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps 6 guests in two queen beds and a daybed with a trundle. The living area is spacious, with vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, and plenty of room for everyone to gather. From the oversized deck, you can enjoy stunning views of Mt. Buffalo and Red Mountain while overlooking the fenced-in backyard. Located just a short distance from Rainbow Park and downtown Silverthorne, this home is ideally situated for your stay.

On the main level, the open floor plan includes a fully-stocked kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a welcoming living room. The living room is perfect for family gatherings and is equipped with a Smart TV, gas-burning fireplace, and a selection of children's toys. The living room opens onto the spacious private deck, complete with a hot tub, where you can relax and take in the incredible mountain views. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including cookware, tableware, and stainless steel appliances. There is seating for four at the breakfast bar and six at the dining table. A half-bath and a laundry/mud room with a full washer/dryer are also located on this level. An initial supply of laundry detergent is provided for your convenience. The private 2-car garage is just beyond the laundry room.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is located at the end of the hallway and features a queen bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, armchair, dresser, and an en suite bathroom with a two-sink vanity, a stand-alone shower, and a jetted bathtub. The two guest bedrooms are located at the top of the stairs. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a Smart TV, and the second guest bedroom has a flatscreen TV and a daybed with a trundle. The full guest bathroom is located in the hallway and has a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. If you need additional sleeping arrangements, a queen-size air mattress is available, and sheets can be found in a closet.

Great spot

The house was very comfortable and the open floor plan was perfect for everyone. 20 min to ABasin and Copper Mtn. The whole place was clean and stocked with nice amenities. The beds slept good and the towels are hotel grade. Hot tub was clean and worked great with views too. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay

The home is exactly as described. Very spacious, well stocked, close to everything, easy to access and perfect for ski trips to Breck and Keystone. The host is very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend.

Great Location Good Place

Location was great, amenities were great with two exceptions. I understand location is in the Rockie Mountains but front door was not accessible due to built up snow and ice. Having the garage and access that way was a plus. Secondly, the bed in the master bedroom squeaked with every move. Bottom line, we would come back and stay again.

Wonderful stay!

We came out skiing for a long weekend. Home was in a great location. Close to everything: grocery stores, ski rentals, shopping, and several ski hills. The Summit Shuttle route was nearby. House/kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Lots of room to spread out. Loved the gas fireplace. It was nice to be able to park in the garage.

Good spot for ski trip

My friends and I stayed here in February 2024 for a ski trip and it was nearly perfect for what we needed. The house was clean and conveniently located. Very spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub as well. However, the driveway was only partially cleared which made parking and entering the garage a challenge, and the front walk/doorstep was completely covered with snow, making the house only accessible via the garage. Additionally, the living room furniture was quite old and rundown. To be fair, these were minor inconveniences, and I normally wouldn't mention it if this place was run by an individual/family. However, this house is run by a vacation rental company, and for the price they are charging, you'd expect a little better.

Family ski trip

The house was perfect for our stay. We skied at Copper Mountain which was a short drive from the house. In the evenings we soaked in the hot tub! The kitchen was perfect for evening meals. I highly recommend.

The management company was prettyinflexible about check in time, check out time. We were 3 senior arriving on out of state flights, one of our party is infirm medically. We asked if we could check in early and pretty much were told absolutely not, same with check out. 4:30 check in and 10:00 check out is far from normal.

Nice Base Camp

Stayed here while on a trip to climb some 14ers. Definitely enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking! Place was clean and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the fact that we didn't have to do alot of cleaning before checkout. Only note would be to make sure you find the fans and turn them on at night if you stay in the summer as it got a little hot at night with no a/c.

Peaceful and relaxing

This lovely home in Silverthorn was perfect for a get away in the mountains. It was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. We had plenty of room, and the deck was spacious. The shopping and dining were all great experiences. The home is, unfortunately, located in a rundown neighborhood, with very limited views of the mountains. Still, a great affordable option for families with small children. Lots of toys!!!!

Spacious home

This is a spacious home with lots of room for our family of six (ages 15 and up) to spread out and enjoy. The home is located conveniently to all the things that make Silverthorne attractive (shopping, the Blue River, Dillon and Frisco and I70).
