Bellissimo... pulizia confort e buona cucina...

La struttura è molto bella, trattandosi di un convento ristrutturato con la massima attenzione dei dettagli. Il personale è ospitale e al contempo professionale. La colazione è abbondante, sia dolce che salata (ottime le torte rigorosamente fatte in casa)... la consigliamo vivamente e contiamo di tornarci di sicuro

Pros: The surroundings and the building.
Contras: Description of location and put a map of the location on Expedia.
Lugar: We drove to a little town called Piazze and ate at the le Nane restaurant - very good and reasonable call them 05781900643. 10 minute drive.
This establishment is in my opinion, not a Hotel. It is a Villa and a good one too. Be warned - it is NOT in Cetona!! It is a false representation to say it is in Cetona. It is kilometers from Cetona - the Expedia Site needs to be corrected. It was very difficult to find and I mean difficult given my lack of Italian. Also, Tom Tom did not show the address given. This was a real challenge which should be fixed by a sketch map being put on the Expedia site. It is a real Tuscan Villa on a hill. Lovely surroundings, pleasant staff - no English - excellent breakfast and clean rooms. It has a good three hundred meter driveway off the road. Should have stayed longer as it is an excellent base for this part of southern Tuscany. ..

Publicado el 10 jul. 2014 en HotelsInnsjekking slutter kl 20.00, vår GPS ladet ut så vi ble for sene. Da vi kom frem var porten lukket, ringte på tlf, damen snakket lite engelsk. Ville ikke slippe oss inn siden vi var for sene. Så der sto vi på utsiden av porten, hun på innsiden og nektet oss adgang. Måtte kjøre 1 mil å finne annet hotel samt de tok betaling selv om de ikke slapp oss inn. Elendig!!

I read his comment and I tried not to answer but at a distance of 4 years I have to answer, it is true that the check-in time is until 20. But what you probably do not know is that we live inside the property, and after each reservation we send an email where we communicate the directions and the phone number if the customer knows to arrive later than 8 p.m. In over 15 years we have never left anyone out of the hotel. There are too many things "strange" first, hiding behind an anonymous profile is not elegant, in your comment that makes me doubt the veracity, also because a mile away there are no other hotels, the closer it is to no less than 4 km, but the thing that annoys me most There is someone who doubts our courtesy, one of our strong points that you can check in all the comments on our hotel.
