Totally Renovated! Close to Seaside! 2 Minute Walk to the Beach! 2 Pools!

Newly renovated townhouse just steps to the beach! Cassine Gardens offers wonderful amenities including two pools, tennis courts and nature trails. Our townhome is the closest unit in Cassine to the beach and to 30A!

Our 1254 sq ft 2 bedroom townhouse has 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps 6 with 2 parking spots right outside the front door. We love its' reverse floor plan with bedrooms downstairs and breezy balcony upstairs facing 30A.

As you enter our beach house, you'll find 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We love not having to lug our luggage upstairs! The master bedroom has a brand new king size bed with hybrid mattress including coils and memory foam. You will also enjoy its' wall mounted TV, new ceiling fan and patio 2 relaxing chairs and laundry access. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin size beds with hybrid mattresses including coils and memory foam. Both full bathrooms have been completely remodeled.

The upstairs space has also been completely updated! The new, beautiful kitchen is fully equipped to prepare gourmet meals or relax with some steamed shrimp from Goatfeathers, which is just a quick walk across the street. It is complete with a new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, glassware , blender, toaster and all the utensils you will need. There is an eat-in bar in the kitchen that seats 4 and also a separate dining room table. The spacious living room has a new 55 inch, 4k, flat screen TV and a DVD player. There is also a new queen size sleeper sofa. Upstairs you will also find a newly renovated half bath. Walk out to the 2nd floor balcony to enjoy your favorite beverage and enjoy the breeze.

You are welcome to use any of our beach toys and chairs during your stay at our townhouse. Cassine Gardens is just a short walk to great restaurants and shops. We are a short bike ride away from Seaside, the Hub and Rosemary Beach.

Just a short walk out the front door and across the street and you are right there on the sugar fine white sand beach. This is our paradise and we are happy to share it with you. We love that we are the closest unit to the beach, with the outdoor shower right outside our door!

Staying at our townhouse also offers complimentary concierge service through Playa Bonita 30A Concierge. A member of their team will be available 24/7 to assist with your accommodations and with special bookings such as: bike/paddle board/beach chair rentals, dinner/entertainment recommendations, special occasion needs. VIP services are also available upon request for additional fees, such as grocery shopping/delivery prior to your arrival.

For security purposes, the home has surveillance cameras outside the home at the front and back doors.

This property is very nicely furnished and decorated. The location was great. The complex is right at the beach access so just a very short walk to the beach. Just minutes from Seaside also. We had a few minor concerns with cleaning and found it a bit odd that the washing machine and dryer were outside of the unit off the primary bedroom. I would recommend staying here for the location and the value!

This condo was perfect for us! We loved the property layout, it had everything that we needed for our stay. It was a very short walk to the beach and we loved that it was a short walk to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. We also enjoyed riding the bikes provided with the rental. We would definitely stay here again if we visited this area.

Great Trip

This was a great location and a great stay. It was conveniently located and an easy walk to the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beach chairs and all the options of things to take to the beach were super helpful! We loved our stay here.

Great find!!!!!

This property is in a perfect location. The bikes were great to have to get around. The beach access is right across the street which is great. The condo is beautifully decorated and there is plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood is beautiful. We loved playing pickle ball and walking around the pond as well.

Beautiful Unit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for spring break! The proximity to shops and restaurants was convenient and the beach was super close. Only disappointment was that the closest beach access was completely closed and under construction. There is another access not too far away, but it made what would have been a 2 minute walk into a 10 minute walk. It would have been nice to have a heads up before arrival since the listing boast it's short walk to a beach access. The interior is nice having been remodeled in 2019, comfortable beds (except for the pull out couch, thankfully we drove and brought a mattress topper), a nice sized kitchen, and the extra half bath was great. The unit overall was very clean, however there were about 6 plates in the cabinet and a few utensils that had dried food remnants on them that had to be washed prior to using them. Use of bicycles at the unit was definitely a plus and we would most likely stay here again in the future.

Nice condo, good location

This was our first time in Seagrove beach. The condo was as listed & in a good location. I will say this area had a lot of road noise & you could hear every horn, siren, yell, etc. but other than that, it was very nice.

Great location!

The location was perfect. It’s literally a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops. The house has all the necessary kitchen items needed and plenty of towels for the week. I did give it 4 stars because of the inconvenience of the master bedroom sliding glass door not functioning correctly. This required us to walk around the house every time we needed to change out the laundry since it’s outside. Not a deal breaker though. There also appears to be air in the water lines because every time you turn a faucet on, start the dishwasher or shower, you will hear a noise similar to what air sounds like in the lines. Overall, we were pleased with the cleanliness, spacious layout and all the amenities it offered!

Perfect beach getaway

We come to 30A for our anniversary every year. This was our first time at this location. The listing is just as described, and we loved the location. The beach access is very close by, and our hosts provided beach chairs and every thing we needed. The condo was clean and fit all our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Seagrove Beach House

All was exactly as advertised and we were very comfortable. Great location for beach, restaurants and parks. Best key lime pie ever was at the Perfect Pig just 1 block away. Red Bar in Grayton beach was a fun place to see. Only negative would be, the floors in the house could use a better mopping.

Wonderful all around!

Don’t think twice just book it... this condo is lovely and steps to a beautiful beach! I was a first time visitor to the area and loved it all. Everything you need is available at this condo and you will not regret a week on 30a. We enjoyed all the amenities especially use of the bikes for exploring all the cute neighboring towns and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again when we return!
