Lovely apartment in perfect location
The apartment is spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The views from the large terrace are amazing. The location is perfect and within easy walking distance to shops, markets, restaurants and waterfront. The hosts went above and beyond assisting us when we needed transportation to the train station. (The train station is a short walk but my sister has pulmonary problems so we required transportation there) I have no negatives about the apartment. The only suggestion I have would be to have bath soap or body wash available. But all we had to do was go downstairs to the market to purchase it. All other supplies were furnished-dishwasher soap, detergent, paper products etc. I will stay here again if I ever get the chance to return. Many thanks to Laura and her brother for the assistance and kindness.

Romantic week in Santa Margherita
My wife and I stayed at Laura’s apartment for 2 weeks in October. The apartment was exactly as the pictures describe. The location was fantastic. We took the train from Milan and it was just a short walk with our luggage from the train station. When you walk out the door of the apartment you are right in the middle of a lovely street with restaurants and shops. It is just w few minute walk to the ferry to Portofino , which we took twice , and a quick walk to the train for our evening in Camogli. When we arrived at the apartment we were meet by Luca, who is Laura’s nephew and he could not have been nicer to us. He walked us thru the apartment and showed us everything. We spent many evenings on the beautiful patio eating our fresh pasta we bought downstairs while we listened to the beautiful church bells from the cathedral down the street. If you are looking for a relaxing stay on the Italian Rivera you should book your time in Santa Margherita at Laura’s apartment……IT WAS PERFECT !

Perfect!
The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beautiful, stocked with high quality utensils, dishes, pans etc. Everything we needed for our 3 week stay. The location is amazing because it is right in the center, top floor with an elevator and you can't hear any noise from the outside because of the sound insulated windows. Can't even hear the church bells! The view from the huge patio is breathtaking. The owner was always available if we had any questions. We will definitely return!

Fantastic apartment!
This was a fantastic apartment! Centrally located in the center of everything. We walked from the train (even with over packing) the apartment was clean, cozy, beautiful and appreciated after long days! The elevator was perfect to have as well. My only suggestion would to have beach towels. If you can, book the chair rental in advance at the beaches. They do have free beaches that were fine but we needed to buy an umbrella, towels and mat. The store to buy that stuff is right down stairs. There is also a grocery store right downstairs which was very convenient! This was at the end of our 2 1/2 weeks in Italy, we appreciated the beautiful & comfortable extra space. Also the terrace was fantastic! We were lucky enough to see fireworks from there:) If you can book this apartment- do it!

Perfect spot
Very convenient and beautiful spot with all my husband and I needed for a few night stay. Us Americans can confirm this spot has very European-style bedding…thin and smaller mattress and pillows without much support.

We loved this apartment in SML. Perfect location for vacation without a car.
We love SML and this apartment made a perfect 'home' for our two week stay. We got a friendly helpful welcome from the owner's brother Roberto. Everything was clean & comfortable, we were able to use the terrace some days even on a winter holiday. Great layout and views. Easy to get to the train, bus and boats for our trips out hiking. Short walks to get supplies or go to restaurants. We hope to be back again soon! Thank you Laura

Laura was great. Everything was so easy and the flat and view were gorgeous. The flat has everything you need along with the perfect location. Will definitely be back.
