Acogedor pero el entorno no ayuda

Totalmente recomendable

Cool room, nice location.

The owner was super nice very helpful place is very clean any accommodations for washing your clothes

The hotel is very old, there are cracks in the walls and paint. There are roaches, smells really bad. I want a refund or a credit.

Hi Alvaro, sorry you had a bad experience here at our hotel. This building was built right after the big quake of 1906 so it is an old building. I spoke to expedia to make sure that that information is there for the guest to see. The room was recently painted and I was curious where the crack was but could not find any. I will have my maintenance guy do a quick look and fix what needs to be fix. Thank you for your feedback.
