There were cockroaches, certainly You feel the Bugs over your skin, the blankets with. Lots of holes, they appear to be with more they 10 years of use

Buen lugar, limpieza a la habitación deficiente

Cucarachas por todos lados
Publicado el 14 feb. 2022 en HotelsPrimero gíreles no mando mi reserva y tarde 2 horas en recibiré mi cuarto y mal servicio de hoteles ya que no podían arreglarlo y tuve que llamar 10 veces
Mi cuarto estaba lleno de cucarachas y me di cuenta en la noche por qué nos caminaron hasta en la cara, es algo asqueroso, jamás volveré, fue horrible ya que lleve a mi hijo de 2 años y también le caminaron las cucarachas ya que salen de noche cuando estás dormido, yo me di cuenta por que fui al baño si no no cuenta me doy, de verdad cuando menos 100 cucarachas en el cuarto
Después me cambiaron de cuarto y en el otro solo vi y mate a 2 pero seguramente había más, me queda claro que el hotel tiene un problema grave con estos insectos
Pesimo hoteles al tenerme 2 horas esperando y pésimo hotel
Pésima experiencia en general

Providing our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience is of extreme importance to us. New rules have come to pass because of the Covid 19 restrictions and limited staffing.
