Wonderful experience!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were always cleaned. Would definitely recommend to others!!

I ahve expedia VIP access. However, the hotel did not give any special welcome or upgrade. When I asked the reception woman for an upgrade, she told she already upgraded me. But when I went to the room, the room looked very standard. When I was checking out in the next day, I asked the reception guy if my room was upgraded, he said it was a standard room. الفندق جيد، وأنا عندي إكسبيديا في آي بي، ولكن الفندق لم يعطني أي ترقية لغرفتي ولا أي معاملة، والأمر المحزن أن موظفة الاستقبال قالت لي إنها أعطتني ترقية، ولما توجهت للغرفة لاحظت أنها عادية جدا، وفي اليوم التالي عند إجرائي لإجراءات الخروج سألت موظف الاستقبال هل غرفتي تم ترقيتها، فقال لي: لم تتم أية ترقية ولكنها غرفة عادية. فأصابني الذهول، كنت أتمنى أن الموظفة تكون صادقة.

Resort 4/5 stelle (piu' da 4!). Posizione piuttosto periferica, necessaria la macchina; personale complessivamente non molto preparato secondo i nostri standard e poco empatico. Bella la piscina con annesso giardino, ma la temperatura dell'acqua troppo alta così come la doccia esterna, verso il tardo pomeriggio era invasa da molti bambini rumorosi. Cucina (avevamo HB) mediocre come qualità e ripetitiva. Pulizia complessiva sufficiente, ma scarsa attenzione ai particolari (asciugamani puliti ma sfilacciati, non rinnovo rifornimento bagno, aria condizionata molto alta). Complessivamente giudizio medio, con diverse cose da migliorare.
