We had problems with the cold water both for shower and for hands, but there was no apparent solution. We had to wait for a tecnitian that apparently was going to solve the problem, but, appart from a little moment at 1:30 a.m in which we had cold water (we had a quick shower, but with very little water), the rest of the time we had none (even the next morning). Still, anyone apologised or did anything for compensate us.
