There is no better place to stay in Rome.
The roof top terrace has the most amazing views of Rome.
The restaurant on the roof has a view that shouldn't be missed, I highly recommend catching the sunset with dinner and wine. The food was amazing and we enjoyed everything we tried. Please bring a jacket and a nice shirt if you are coming here, as this is a very special Michelin Star experience to eat here.
The staff of the Hassler Roma are there for you and it starts from the moment you get off the plane. If you book at drive through the Hassler, you will find a man waiting with a sign that has your last name on it as you finish clearing customs in Italy. He will help you with your carry on luggage and assist you to your bags to retrieve them from the baggage claim. He will get them on a cart and lead you out of the busy airport to a driver from his company that is waiting for you. After the introductions you will say goodbye to him as your driver will take your luggage and lead you to the Mercedes Van.
The staff checking you in are very friendly as they answer guests questions. I saw them pointing things out on maps a few times to help guests that had questions.
The bell hop and doorman are very friendly and outgoing. Also great at answering questions all day and and night from guest and tourist's wandering over from the Spanish Steps.
I saved the best for last, the house keeping staff.
Simply the best I have ever had, friendly and a fantastic attitudes.
