Our room was five star beautiful room clean wonderful ocean view oceanfront...overall condition of the outside of the property is very poor hardscape needs a lot of work landscaping is marginal bar and bar help are very poor condition garbage cans exposed to the path leading to the most expensive villa on property??limited food choices and limited quality of food is poor...property has a potential to be a five-star property and it is not living up to its potential would not recommend it until significant changes are madeday make some changes

The resort looks way nicer on the website. The WiFi is not included and when purchased it does not work.

Had an amazing stay at this property. We had the 2x bedroom beachfront villa that had a private pool. It was absolutely amazing having the view of the ocean from the room, verandah and the private pool. Breakfast option was adequate and even on arrival they were generous to provide us complimentary breakfast as we arrived a little earlier than check-in. The restaurant was also great - we had the seafood buffet along with live entertainment. The beach was beautiful but a little rocky and shallow to go snorkelling. You’ll need aqua shoes and go out far from shore to enjoy the snorkelling. Overall, had a great time at this hotel and highly recommend!

loved our stay at the crown beach so laid back and chilled. and all the workers do an amazing job of keep the grounds all clean. woke up everyday on paradise. Thank you crown beach resort

Maintenance, reception and cleaning staff awesome. Bar staff hit and miss re friendliness, being helpful. Evening's meals awesome. Breakfast average and one lady in kitchen pretty rude in the mornings
