Staff does not speak english and it is very difficult to get help and tips for the city. We had requested a non-smoking room with two twin beds however when we arrived at 1 am we found a smoking room with one bed. We were almost an hour insisting for a better room. Breakfast not bad but very little options for foreigners.

不错的住宿
Publicado el 8 abr. 2018 en Hotels位置很方便，处于机场，熊猫基地，宽窄巷子，武侯祠，太古里的中间。地铁到达也比较方便但是走路稍远了。窗户往外看如果是江景房则景色也不错。内部设施因为在玩所以没怎么体验，整体还是比较干净的，除了房间的地毯。整体上值得入住。

Nice stay overall

Not worth doing so
Publicado el 12 ago. 2017 en HotelsThe smell of the room was bad. Smell of smoke is too strong. I have ordered a higher level with more fee, but the smell was still bad. The infra-structure of the room is a little bit old.
If I pay the same price for a better and larger room at nearby 5-star hotels.

the room was quite nice and very clean.I would add though that this hotel has very limited English speaking staff and that did have problems at times.
