I asked for dishes to be brought to my room like they advertise everywhere in the property, and I had to go to the desk to get them, and when I got them I asked for two place settings and a pan. What I got was 2 plates, 2 cups, a pot, and a spatula and was told they had no silverware, or pans, and the dishes I did get were dirty. Also, there was a lot of yelling and slamming coming from a room down the hall. Oh ya, and the doors are super light so they slam shut if you don't hold it until it closes. Not cool.
