Espectáculo de hotel lo recomiendo a todos los seres presentes de este mundo el mejor hotel de palma y de Mallorca

Absolutely Horrible

Staying at this hotel was a horrible experience. I would never stay here again and highly recommend that you avoid this hotel at all cost. It was the worse hotel experience that I have ever had while paying approximately $550 USD per night.
This is not a luxury hotel and in my opinion is a 2 star motel. Definitely not worth more then 100 USD a night. Here is why.
No Bellman to get your luggage out of the car.
No valet parking
Towel card. Nobody at pool. Must go to reception to get and return towels.
One towel per person. Ridiculous a Luxury hotel
A very Small pool
When you book the dinner you must eat inside the restaurant or pay and additional fee to eat outside was book dinner included.
No parking lot.
Lack luster Beach
Room key didn't work for my room but worked for the room next door
Reservation said 1 free child but that doesn't apply to 6 year old so I paid 300 for her to sleep on sofa in the room.
Room Smelled Horrible
Given the room key for my room and the room next door. Then front desk told me I was staying in the room next door
Free welcome drink difficult to redeem at the bar
Dinner restricted to indoor dining and not the patio for guess who book with room
Most of the staff seem incompetent and say they can't do anything it's the manager.
Run like a cheap motel. Not for me.
Weak internet that didn’t work most of the time.
Horrible Food
At breakfast used the same mat for the next guest without proper cleaning.

Hotel especial, buen trato y muy buen localizado. Tranquilo para descansar. Las habitaciones son sencillas
