Querido Reinaldo, Ante todo, nos gustaría agradecerle que haya elegido los Jardins du Marais para su estancia en París.Es lamentable leer que su estancia no estuvo a la altura de sus expectativas.Le ofrecemos nuestras más sinceras disculpas por los inconvenientes que haya encontrado durante su estancia entre nosotros.Nos gustaría que nos mantengan informados de estos inconvenientes, esto nos permite ofrecerle una solución de inmediato y así dejarle un buen recuerdo en nuestro hotel.Contamos con varios edificios, y cada habitación está ubicada en diferentes ángulos dando diferente luminosidad.Les informamos que actualmente nos encontramos en el proceso de renovación de nuestra decoración interior.Esperamos poder darle la bienvenida en su próxima visita a París y recuperar su confianza en nuestros servicios, así le ofreceremos una experiencia que cumpla con sus expectativas.Saludos cordiales, Gerencia
