It was my second time. I like the concept, creativity, full of art and design.
I like the merchandising, but it’s not necessary if you need to sacrifice the service.
Well the lift wasn’t working the first two days, and they didn’t gave us any benefit.
Also I paid for a room with balcony, when the check in they told me that is subject to availability. Incorrect.
And with my VIP status I did not receive any upgrade.
Sorry but I will no back

I am deeply sorry to read that your last stay with us did not meet entirely with your expectations but please be assured that here at Les Bains we always try to do our maximum tu fulfill our guest needs.
End of June, begining of July is a busy period here in Paris with Fashion Week and indeed we were not able to offer a complimentary upgrade which remains as you know upon avaibility such as balcony.
Loyalty is important for us and we care about every feedback we receive, so be sure next time, if you decide to give us another chance, we will be able to go above your expecations and for this do not hesitate to contact me.
