Mal servicio y atencion

STOLEN GOLD CHAIN !

The night before checking out of Le Parisis I left behind a gold cross necklace in room 14. I spoke with receptionists and managers various times by phone and emails. I was told that they had to ask housekeeping if they found anything.I remember the necklace fell inside the chair between the cushion and the back of the chair, at the moment it fell in I was doing something and completely forgot to go back and get it out of the chair. Only with specific directions someone could have found my necklace, they would have had to lift the cushions and get my necklace out, strange since I only gave managers specific directions of where I had left it. This necklace was my fathers and was very meaningful to me. After a lot of insisting, I received an email a MONTH LATER saying they had checked the room twice and went through the lost and found box but my necklace was not found and there was nothing else they could do. I wouldn't stay here ever again and to future guests BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR BELONGINGS in this hotel.

Water boiler broke down

This hotel is conveniently located: 20min walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, and you were also able to see the top of the Tower from the rooms; 5 min walk to subway station. The room was small, and appear to be a little dated, but just enough for our stay as we spent most of our time walking around the city. However, on my third night, also last night of the stay, the water boiler of the hotel broke down and there was no hot water at all for the entire hotel for shower, and the staff has no back up plans, and no way for them to get the technician to fix it at night. Best part of the hotel was their kitchen - their breakfast was great - broad selection of pastry and hot dishes for breakfast, and their crossiant was perfect. And I've ordered room service for once as well the food was delicious too.
