Llegamos y una parte del hotel estaba en renovación lo cual nadie nos dijo nada cuando estábamos reservando el último día se fue la luz y el agua caliente por un error en la construcción pero nunca llamaron para dar una explicación a no ser que fuéramos nosotros a preguntar y tampoco por las molestias nadie nunca habló de reembolsarnos nada por eso digo el servicio es muy pobre

Moreover, through the Expedia messaging system, additional information is given to guests once the reservation has been done.
