Accomodations were good. I got a room upgrade. The only drawback is that the it is not the most walkable location

A Reflection of Social Issues But a Nice View

There are damaged items, notably glass and mirrors, throughout. Homeless are camping in the parking garage. The room is reasonable, clean enough.

The hotel has not been updated since the late 90s. If you need a place to get your head down it’s fine, but don’t expect anything more.

Room description on website was not true to actual check in. Picture clearly shows balcony which ate only on the ocean view side. When we checked in we were told that we did not book the ocean view but he could change it for additional $45. The ‘choose’ a room does not have an option to indicate ocean view. The Manager is blaming your website, and I feel it was a sham. These new owners/ managers are not representing The Wyndham Company’s customer service. Their website should be accurate and/or updated. Been coming here for over 5 years and this was the 1st time we had such an issue

I thought for the price 208.00 total that the breakfast was included. No breakfast and the doors are left open and anyone can get in.
