Un mundo irreal que te envuelve!
Publicado el 26 jun. 2019 en HotelsTodo bien, pero no estaban preparados con algun personal que hable español y eso hizo que cuando me llamaran para decirme que no tenían el plata que había pedido pata almorzar nunca llegara!!!!!! Y lo peor fue que me llamaron a mi cuarto para decirme en ingles apesar que le dije que no hablaba, me dijo que no tenían esa comida y ni se tomaron la molestia de venir a mi cuarto a explicármelo, tuve que llamar después de 1 hora!!! (Para esto yo llegue sin almorzar a las 3:30 pm y ya eran las 5:30 hasta que me instale en mi habitación, así de desconsiderados fueron los de la cocina..... El resto todo fue magnifico.
Una sugerencia en el Jacuzzi la llave por donde sale el agua cae justo en la tapa del agua y eso hace que salpique toda el agua al suelo y se moje bastante, poca iluminación en el cuarto, lado bebidas y en el frigobar no están ni frías!

Pros: El concepto
Contras: por ser de playa requiere mantenimiento constante
Lugar: Es uno de los mejores destinos de playa del mundo.
es uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado maravillosas vacaciones.

Pros: La tranquilidad
Contras: La comida
Lugar: El buceo es fabuloso
Estuvimos una semana en régimen de alojamiento y desayuno. Bonito hotel, buena habitación y personal amable. Lo único a mejorar mucho es la comida. Tanto el buffet como los temáticos flojos, especialmente para un 5 estrellas.

Everything was beyond beautiful, better than I ever could have imagined. Every staff member was amazing and very kind and helpful. The property was very clean and everything went smoothly especially with the boat transfer. Could have been a better place to spend our honeymoon.

Very clean, well maintained. Staff very polite and knowledgeable. Service and process of entering/leaving the Island was seamlessly smooth.
