"My room didn't have shampoo & shower gel dispenser. When I went to reception, the first answer I got was sort of "take a look again". I had to go back, take a photo, and come back to show them what was going on. Once they saw it, I got no solution for that. Just two little bottles of shower gel in a not good manner. We stayed two nights, and we had no room cleaning service (we went the whole day outside, so there was plenty of time). The hotel stairs had cables hanging on from the roof after the third floor. I would no come back"

Las vistas de la habitación geniales, para una persona el tamaño era ideal, con mini bar incluido y desayuno, el desayuno fantástico todo. La ciudad me encanto quedo con ganas de regresar y si algún día vuelvo seguro me alojaré nuevamente en el Eiger Resort"
