Off season, some features were not available but the staff were more than welcoming and the experience was quite wonderful.

The staff were very helpful in trying to ease my disability problems. We like the location with its ease of access to local bars and restaurants.

This hotel was generally excellent and definitely what you expect from a five-star hotel.
The Swimming pools were lovely and both the pools and the lunch restaurants were not too crowded.
I would however provide two pieces of feedback. These are not negative in anyway but comments to help the hotel improve.
Firstly there is a restaurant in the hotel called Bahia and this restaurant was not great and hence did not have more customers. The menu did not look great and did not have a great atmosphere. May I suggest changing the menu by revamping it with more tasty dishes.
Secondly, may I also suggest that Families with babies and small children should be allocated larger rooms as I do understand that some of the rooms were larger than others of the same room category.
Overall this hotel was excellent throughout especially the amazing staff both from the restaurants to the desk to Conceirge. This hotel is expensive but just what we expected from a high end 5 star hotel. Customers looking for a high end experience would happily pay these prices like we did.
One of the best hotels in Marbella.
