Good location, impressive building, polite & helpful staff. No drinking water in room, paper cups wrapped in plastic, instant coffee only with powdered milk was very disappointing. Worst part though was our bathroom drains smelt, reported and dealt with twice improved for 1 day but smell returned next day.

Aside from the fabulous view and location to great shopping and restaurants I must give a shoutout to the caring and lovely staff. Always so cheerful and accommodating they made my stay extra special.

Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend, sauber alles in gutem Zustand.
Leider ist das Frühstück sehr einfach. Die Auswahl an Käse ist unzureichend. Der Obstsalat in kleinen Gläsern ist nicht frisch.
Auch bei der Wurst wünschte ich mir eine grössere Auswahl.
