El hotel se encuentra en una zona llena de opciones para pasar un buen rato si eres de los que salen por la noche a tomar una copa, así como de espacios para comer. La ubicación te permite moverte en metro a casi cualquier lugar, por lo que hicimos un máx. de 30 min hacia el sitio más lejano que visitamos (Bronx). Aunque la habitación fue pequeña, tiene todo lo necesario para descansar y poder darse un respiro de las caminatas diarias, considerando que se tienen vistas hacia las calles (nos encantó poder ver el Empire State desde nuestra habitación).

We do have larger rooms available and also have newly renovated Deluxe rooms as well. We are in the middle of a total gut and renovation of all guestrooms, bathrooms and hallways and are 65% complete. We hope to see you back with us again in the not too distant future. Muy buena ubicación para moverte a pie o en metro, el único pero es el ruido de la calle, les encanta usar el claxon a todas horas. La habitación amplia, comoda y sobretodo la atención en recepción fue excelente

The room doesnt have any window the hotel is nice But the room smells and even tiught the size is good there is no ventilation or natural light

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We wish you had informed us while you were in-house, as we would have addressed the smell immediately. Regarding the ventilation, we do have a brand-new HVAC system, so we are unsure of what you meant by that comment.As for the natural light, unfortunately, that's the only room we have with a window block due to the building behind us. They build an outdoor décor fence, and they have the air space right, which is beyond our control.Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience during your stay and we hope we can have you back in the near future to win back your full confidence. Excelente hotel.

As mentioned previously, early check ins are outside our control and on a request basis only but you were able to check in at 3PM which is the start of check in time.
