A good place to stay if you are looking for something out of the norm and away from resort life. The shanty was clean although could use a few more amenities such as a broom for the sand we tried not to track in, an ice tray for the freezer and cutting board. The 2 burner camp stove was fine to cook on, but having an extra can of gas and more pots would've been helpful. We were happy to save money and dine in. Otherwise, the location was good and the view once you walked down the path was amazing. We happened to visit when the sea was a bit rough so swimming on property proved difficult until our last day when we checked out. All the locals and neighbors were nice to us. We liked that it was a short walk to the grocery store and bus stop. The property management was quick in their responses to our emails and questions. We enjoyed our stay in the Bahamas!
