Hotel perfecto para visitar Múnich y Baviera
Publicado el 14 ene. 2016La experiencia en el hotel ha sido fantástica. Está situado a 30 minutos en coche del centro de Múnich, en un pequeño pueblo residencial al norte de la ciudad. El entorno es muy tranquilo. El hotel dispone de aparcamiento amplio exterior.
Características de la habitación: amplia, cómoda, relajante, limpia, con buen mobiliario. Personal educado, amable y competente. Estupendo desayuno, con productos de calidad. Las zonas comunes del hotel están muy cuidadas.
Recomendable para estancias en pareja y en familia.

It’s actually a nice place , the reason I gave it a 3 star is : the waiter was very unfriendly, when we ask for a bottle of wine for the room . 30 Europ. bottle, the only thing he had to do was , give us the bottle and two glasses . But he was very rude in his reaction . I even told him - wow you are very unfriendly. He did not really react to it . The hotel also did not give us the one hour more for check out ( like we ask) usually good hotels do that for a price . When I complained about the waiter to the Boss , she did not anything or did not show any sympathy. Was our first time and last time - sadly

Dear Stefan,thank you for your feedback for your stay. We give your complaint to our Boss and he made a training for correct handling with guests to our waiter.If possible you can stay on hour longer in the room but on this date we were fully booked and the next guests were waiting to thier rooms. Maybe you will give us another chance and opportunity to show you that our good reviews are definitely accurate. We would be very happy about that!
