Please remember that it is a hotel in the middle of nowhere suburban village. Overall the room was clean, although the room service somehow forgot a loaf of caucasian bread in the room. Reception was very nice and courteous, a rare find in Russia. A few negative things I can think of: 1. Room service left a loaf of bread in the room and didn't replace shampoo in the bathroom. However, the receptionist gave them to me. 2. There is very little to do around the hotel. If you think of it as a motel - things immediately fall in place. 3. My friends ordered breakfast (and payed for it), but the hotel failed to deliver. Somehow the cafe's personal wasn't available and the hotel staff forgot to refund the money.

Hotel retirado del centro de Moscú, tienes que tomar metro y camión para llegar, limpio y cómodo de acurdo a su costo. La gente muy amable buscan siempre ayudar
