Bad bed, unfriendly staff but close to Colosseo.
Publicado el 22-abr-2019 en HotelsBed and pillows are not comfortable. You can hear perfectly clear when neighbor's open/closes doors. Check in is at 14h but they didn't even check if one room is empty when you arrive 40 minutes earlier.
Staff not very friendly, front desk they seems to bother if you have visitors at your room, even the room is paid for 2 and you're alone there. They ask for the ID and the visitor gave him a local driving license and the receptionist had many issues with it. For a visitor. Then call to the room 10 minutes after, at 6 in the morning. Breakfast lady complain to me because I asked for olive oil and she gave it to me and said put in on the plate. I later forgot and she said i left a spot on the tablecloth. Shocking to say that to a costumer. They run it like it was a familiar hotel, like a hostel, but in theory its a 3 stars hotel. ( I would say 2). To say something positive, its not far from Colosseo and the bathroom is not small.

El servicio de intendencia es adecuado, la atención del personal de recepción muy groseros y me pidieron pagar el impuesto y el costo de las habitaciones de dos días antes de hacer el check out.
Las instalaciones ya son viejas, cuartos diminutos, se escucha cómo roncan los que están hospedados a lado, camas incómodas.
