Tienen publicidad engañosa o no del todo cierta. Reservamos una habitacion "de lujo" con vista al doumo y nada que ver, pedimos el cambio por lo que habitamos reservado y resulto una habitacion vieja con muebles desgastados, aire acondicionado que no enfriaba bien y una vista parcial al doumo.
NO LO VALE. lo único que tiene es la ubicación y creo que es lo que estas pagando, por que el servicio y habitacion bastante regular.
Les recomiendo buscar unas cuadras fuera de la iglesia y van a encontrar muchas mejores opciones que este lugar.

I was sorry to lean that the room was not in line with your expectations and that you had a problem with the air conditioning. I do not see from your profile any issues raised with our front desk, we would have been happy to change the room for a different style. I do hope you will give us a second chance next time you visit Milano

El servicio en general es deficiente
En recepción no son muy amables
Teníamos q llamar diario para pedir crema para el café , no resurgían el servibar
