Ala hora del check in pedí porfavor dejar el depósito en efectivo porque solo añada a mi tarjeta de débito y tenido mala experiencia que ak dar la tarjeta te hacen el cobro y nunca te reembolsan y efectivamente así fue, sigo esperando el reembolso a ni tarjeta de débito y el hotel no me lo ha regresado, no me dan respuesta y me hicieron el cobro a mi tarjeta.

I show the incidental hold was released on the day you checked out, so your financial institution will determine how soon it is released from your pending charges. Please keep in mind it was not a charge, so you will not see a refund. If you have any further questions regarding the incidental hold, please contact your issuing bank/credit card company. Excellent customer service,los bartender muy buenos,la comida es buena pero si estas de visita recomiendo salir a otros lugares,también deben hacer algo con el tema de los parqueos.
