Una muy mala experiencia, la gente que trabaja ahi te atiende con muy mala actitud. Los cuartos sucios, mucho polvo en el piso.

It is to our deep regret to learn about the less than favorable experience you encountered recently and hope you can believe us, when we say it is not reflective of the standards, which we pride ourselves with or strive to maintain at the hotel.
